1.1. Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy, we are providing this notice to explain our information practices.

All information we receive from you through our corporate websites, DBA websites, service websites, email, postal mail, telephone, or in person—including names, addresses, billing information, and other information—and all transactions shall remain confidential, except as stated in this Privacy Policy.

1.3. We shall NOT sell, release, give, or disclose your information to anyone, with these two exceptions!

A. Shall be given to Law Enforcement and our attorney, when necessary, for criminal investigation and prosecution of incidents such as, but not limited to; theft, failure to pay, trespass, etc.

B. Shall be given to the appropriate authorities when we are served with proper legal documents issued by a Court of Law governed under the statutes of the State of Colorado, or a United States Federal Court.

1. These documents shall be verified before we release any information.

2. The information released shall be limited to ONLY what is specified in the legal documents, NOTHING more!

1.4. Rebel Ranch Corporation, a Colorado corporation, its divisions and DBAs comply with the laws of the State of Colorado and the United States of America.

1.5. We comply with the guidelines and requirements of agencies we are certified by and the organizations we are members of. However, state and federal law take precedence.

1.6. Rebel Ranch Corporation is located in the State of Colorado and takes a firm and independent position in protecting your privacy. We shall NOT voluntarily release your personal information to any governmental, political, commercial, or other third party. Information will be released only when required by applicable law or valid legal process enforceable against us, after the request has been verified, and then limited to ONLY the specific information legally required, NOTHING more.

1.7. Regardless of where you reside, ALL court actions arising from business or personal matters shall be conducted within the court system of Cañon City, Fremont County, Colorado, or the United States District Court in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

1.7.1. In addition to the settlement owed to us, all court costs, legal fees, lodging, expenses incurred for travel (including fuel, meals, etc.) and any other expenses we incur in the case shall be included and reimbursed to us.

1.7.2. If we meet with you in person, at any location, to transport, pick up, or deliver livestock or merchandise, or to discuss or collect fees owed to us, you shall reimburse us for all travel costs, including fuel, meals, lodging, and any other expenses we incur.

1.8. Our Commitment to Data Security is to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information. We have established appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect from you.

1.9. Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important.

A. For this reason, we never collect or maintain information from individuals we know are under 18 years of age without their parents' consent — we speak directly with the parent.

B. We shall NOT sell our products or services to persons under 18 years of age, without parental consent — we speak directly with the parent.

C. The exceptions to 1.9. above.

1. We have no control over who purchases our books and other merchandise in stores or websites we do not own.

2. We cannot dictate to stores and websites we do not own what information is collected, or how that information is used or stored.

3. We cannot access collected information from stores or websites we do not own.

2.1. The following information is collected on initial contact:

A. Your Name

B. Your Company or Business name (if a company or business is ordering)

C. Contact information, i.e., phone number and email address

2.2. The following information is collected for every sale:

A. Shipping address

B. Payment information

C. Any additional information needed to fulfill your order.

D. The exception to 2.1. and 2.2. above. We have no control over who purchases our books and other merchandise in stores or on websites we do not own; therefore, we do not have access to, or control over any information they collect.

3.1. If you use our services or purchase our products, we encourage you to share your testimonial on the website where you made your purchase. You may also send it to us for possible use on our division websites.

3.2. Please limit them to about 500 words.

3.3. To protect your privacy, you will remain anonymous. Unless you authorize the use of your first and last name, you shall be listed as one of the following (your choice):

A. First name, city and state

B. First name, last initial, city and state

C. First initial and state (if no choice is made)

4.1. We reserve the right to modify, change, add to, or delete information in our Privacy Policy at any time.
