1.1. Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy, we are providing this notice to explain our information practices.

1.2. Your personal information is PRIVATE! All information we receive from you through our corporate websites, DBA websites, service websites, email, postal mail, telephone, or in person—including names, addresses, billing information, and other information—and all transactions shall remain confidential, except as stated in this Privacy Policy.

1.3. We shall NOT sell, release, give, or disclose your personal information except in the following circumstances:

A. We shall disclose information to law enforcement and our attorney when necessary to address theft, nonpayment, trespass, or similar incidents. This includes information needed to investigate these matters, pursue legal action, or recover property or money owed to us.

B. We shall disclose information when required by applicable law or valid legal process enforceable against us, subject to the verification and disclosure limits in Section 1.6.

C. We may publish testimonials and the identifying details described in Section 3, according to the choices explained there.

1.4. Rebel Ranch Corporation, including its divisions and DBAs, complies with the laws of the State of Colorado and the United States of America.

1.5. We comply with the guidelines and requirements of agencies we are certified by and the organizations we are members of. However, state and federal law take precedence.

1.6. We shall NOT voluntarily release your personal information to any governmental, political, commercial, or other third party, except to address the matters described in Section 1.3.A or to publish testimonials as described in Section 1.3.C.

A. For disclosures required by law under Section 1.3.B, we shall verify any summons, court order, or other legal demand before releasing information. We shall determine whether the demand is valid and what information we are legally required to provide. We shall release ONLY that information, NOTHING more.

1.7. Regardless of where you reside, ALL court actions arising from business or personal matters shall be conducted within the court system of Cañon City, Fremont County, Colorado, or the United States District Court in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

1.7.1. In addition to the settlement owed to us, all court costs, legal fees, lodging, expenses incurred for travel (including fuel, meals, etc.) and any other expenses we incur in the case shall be included and reimbursed to us.

1.7.2. If we meet with you in person, at any location, to transport, pick up, or deliver livestock or merchandise, or to discuss or collect fees owed to us, you shall reimburse us for all travel costs, including fuel, meals, lodging, and any other expenses we incur.

1.8. Our commitment to data security is to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information. We have established appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect from you.

1.9. Protecting the privacy of persons under 18 years of age is especially important.

A. We shall NOT collect or maintain information from individuals we know are under 18 years of age without parental consent.

B. We shall NOT sell our products or services to persons under 18 years of age without parental consent. In both cases, we speak directly with the parent to obtain consent.

C. These requirements apply to your direct dealings with us. For purchases through other sellers, see Section 2.3.

2.1. We collect the following information on initial contact:

A. Your name

B. Your company or business name, if you are contacting us on behalf of a company or business

C. Your contact information, such as your phone number and email address

2.2. In addition to the information listed in Section 2.1, we collect the following as needed to process your purchase:

A. Shipping address

B. Payment information

C. Any additional information needed to fulfill your order

2.3. Sections 2.1 and 2.2 apply to your direct dealings with us. If you purchase our books or other merchandise from another seller, including Amazon or any retail store we supply, that seller's privacy policy applies to the information it collects. Those sellers do not provide us with information about individual purchasers, and we do not control how they collect, use, or store your information.

3.1. If you use our services or purchase our products, we encourage you to share your testimonial on the website where you made your purchase. You may also send it to us for possible use on our division websites.

3.2. Please limit testimonials sent to us to about 500 words.

3.3. For testimonials we publish, we shall NOT publish your full name without your permission. Unless you authorize the use of your first and last name, we will identify you using one of the following options, according to your choice:

A. First name, city and state

B. First name, last initial, city and state

C. First initial and state (if no choice is made)

4.1. We reserve the right to change, add to, or remove content from our privacy policy and any of our corporate, division, and DBA websites at any time.
